I love this! I recently ordered this because I booked a solo female trip to an Island! I was excited to go on vacation solo, but was out of my comfort zone. I decided to look into some safety devices that were user friendly and portable. I took this with me wherever I went. The picture I've attached gives you an idea of how small it is compared to a pen. It's easy to use and honestly when it's activated, it's loud and it gets louder!! It would definitely scare off an intruder! Price is definitely reasonable and remember, SAFETY FIRST!! It's super loud at an uncomfortable high frequency, which is what you want. I also really like that the pull trigger stays attached to the alarm so there is no way of accidentally dropping it or losing it. Very effective and easy to use.

I had accidentally pulled the cord not paying attention and I was completely startled.
