Good price, seems sturdy, could do with some clips to hold panels in place though , my dog got out the first night , I had to put tie wraps to secure the panels together !Handle quite flimsy, not sure it’d hold if you needed to carry it!Overall decent for the price I paid

Couldn’t use this cage didn’t fit my car

We bought this crate for our dog before we went on holiday. It arrived 2 days before we left with metal clips snapped and sticking out which was dangerous. I contacted the seller who would not send a new item until they received back the broken crate (despite providing evidence). I explained the situation and how we needed it and couldn’t be without one and asked for a replacement be sent ahead of the return given it was their issue as the item was damaged. They refused. They then offered a £10 refund which I reluctantly accepted. They proceeded to only send a refund for £8 I had to chase for the remainder to which they laid the blame on Amazon. After only using the crate for a couple of weeks (and it not being moved) the floor has started to crack and break in various places. I’ve been buying crates from other sellers for 4 years and have never had these issues! Don’t waste your time and money purchasing this poor quality product.

I got this to make my diesel heater safe from children and pets in the conservatory. works well! and still easy access to the heater controls and tank.
