It's a nearly daily reference guide.. Can think of no higher compliment than to keep coming back to purchase more. Highly recommended.

I loved this book. It tells you exactly what essential oils you should use for a specific emotion you might have and I found the information accurate. I would recommend this book and have given these as gifts.
