Looks great and has excellent water pressure. Not the most well built thing ever, but it gets the job done. I've had 2 things happen so far that were a little surprising: The selector switch on the front of the faucet stem comes loose easily and then falls right off. The actual lever piece on it is also the tightening screw, so that has to be tightened down very well, but don't recommend using tools to do it as it will scratch easily. Also had the spray hose pop out of it's connection inside the vertical stem of the faucet where the crimp is. It went right back in and have had no leaks or problems since, but definitely want to be gentle with it to avoid ongoing problems with this. I like that you can spray at a lower velocity if you pull the handle while the faucet is running, or you can switch it over and get the full force of the sprayer. It doesn't reach as far as I was hoping it would, but it gets the job done for the sink that I have. It's hard to expect much higher quality for the price I suppose.

I love the look and feel of this faucet. Very easy to install...if you dont have the single post set up then you will need to buy the plate to cover the hot and cold sides. My only complaint is when you have the hot water on the metal gets extremely hot. The handle where you hold it doesn't burn you but the way this is designed the parts all around the handle are unbearable and you cant keep your hand from moving because you are using slippery water. I wouldn't have bought it knowing this because I use hot water to do my dishes and floors. I worry about my kids hands being burnt :(

Update: After 3 months the hose popped off (see photos) spraying water all over. What is the contact number for the warranty? Looks great but the lower faucet sets to far back. When you wash your hands or dishes it splashes lots of water on the back counter/wall. Wish we would have bought the faucet with just the sprayer head and did not have the lower faucet.Update: good customer service-I contacted Vapsint and they sent a new faucet. I appreciate that but just hope the hose doesn’t come off again.

The faucet looks very nice but after only 4 months the top flexible hose broke at the fitting thats crimped on by the factory. Im hoping the mfg. will replace it or give me store credit. After trying to send Vapsint an email to customer service using their web-site i could not get the page i filled out to submit so i am just going to find another brand somewhere else.

Very Sturdy, however a bit heavy for a regular kitchen sink. It takes up quite a bit of room. Can't move the spray completely out of the way, when it isn't needed. It does have great pressure and so far is working out better than one similiar from aother company, but with a rubber hose on the spray part.

UGH. This faucet looks great, is easy to install, has excellent pressure, but the spray arm will NOT stay attached. The slightest use results in the aforementioned excellent pressure disconnecting the hose from the main faucet and water sprays EVERYWHERE. I've done everything from adding plumbers tape to cement, to re-crimping the connection. It works for maybe a month and then BOOM you're the victim of vicious water attack that soaks your window, blinds, counter, and everything else until you react and turn off the water. Of course it's too late to return it and it looks like the product is no longer available anyway, but if you find it somewhere, avoid it. It's not worth the price savings for the headaches and unwanted showers it causes.

for the price this is great. It’s been a few months and no problems yet. I am always getting compliments. And the sprayer is so strong, which I love.

Update:. Hose disconnects - faulty engineering ... I was bamboozled by the Waterstone 5100-AB which is truly a work of art but can I afford it - NO. Yes - I DO really want one but THIS faucet is so very clever and well thought out. I will update once it's installed. It is HEAVY and it is a beauty.
