Works great. The controller locks in easily once you change the battery cover to the one included. Has good balanced weight making it feel like comfortable in your hands. The golf games are definitely more fun than most games on the Meta Quest and this helps with that factor.

Great club for the meta golf+ app. Works like real golf . So amazingly close to real swing but much lighter than real club.

I like this club. It works well with Walkabout mini golf. A few steps are needed (switching battery door, and using the string that comes with controller to secure), but it is really secure.

This accessory is a must for any of the available golf games for the Meta Quest 3 like Golf5 and Walkabout. It attaches easily after a quick battery and cover swap. The only downside is that you can't use the rechargeable batteries that are included when you purchase the OEM Meta charging dock or the standard battery covers. Their shape doesn't allow the latch to engage over and around, so the battery must be the standard shape and the covers must be changed to allow the latch to "snap" over. It's not a big deal and literally takes seconds to swap out both the battery and cover, so I'm leaving my review at 5 🌟. I really like that it secures the end of the wrist strap, then turns and tightens around to really secure the controller inside. The club grip feels authentic and adds to the game by making it easier and more comfortable to play. Using just the controller and trying to swing it like a real golf club just didn't feel right. This accessory feels high quality and is at an affordable price. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to step up their VR golf game.

This made Walkabout Mini Golf so much more fun an realistic to play! I expected it to be a bit of a novelty, but I was actually surprised by how much it adds the the game over just using the controller. I've only used it for a couple of sessions now, but I can't imagine going back to without it. Setup was pretty simple from the menu (only took a minute to get it calibrated, once I figured out how it worked), and now it can easily be turned on or off in the menu. The hardest part is adjusting to using the controller to navigate while connected to the club (I now hold the club with the right hand, and use the left hand to navigate with the controller). If you're just interested in playing the game and not exploring though, you can just turn on auto-teleport and after each shot you'll just jump to the ball. If I need to do a lot of exploration (like looking for hidden balls on a new course), I'll just turn off the custom putter in the settings and got back to using the controller as normal in the right hand. When I'm done with that, I'll turn it back on for actually playing. One other thing to note is that I have the PRISMXR Carina D1 dock (which uses somewhat standard sized AA batteries with exposed contact points for the controller charging), and can confirm that the club works fine with these controller batteries. I just pop off the charging battery cover and put on the cover that comes with the club, and it's good to to. I know that there are compatibility issues with other charge dock batteries like the official Quest 3 dock and the BOBOVR D3 (which both use larger battery packs inside the controllers), so I thought I'd call out the Carina D1 dock as one which is "compatible" without needing to swap out batteries (just need to swap the cover).

Works good! Wish the calibration was easier on walkabout golf. Not the fault of the company makes the attachment. Took me a second to figure out what I'll do in wrong. I got it right eventually.
