Very surprised on how heavy duty this office chair replacement part is. I bought the 500 pound part and it is definitely thicker and way heavier than expected. Fit my office chair perfectly. Value of money high! Easy installation and fit perfectly! My chair has never been sturdier. Noise level non existent! Very heavy duty part. I would recommend to everyone! Functions better than ! You can tell this part is going to last long!

While trying to repair a chair and waiting on parts, the original piece like this went missing. This purchase was a replacement and fit perfectly! Super happy. This is SO STURDY!!!

This mounting base is WAY more heavy duty than the original. The metal frame is at least twice as thick as the original. The pivot bushings, which is the part that wore out on my original part, are more than twice as thick as the original ones. Overall this mounting base shoudl last a very long time, I highly recommend it if you need a replacement mounting base for your office chair.

This is a pretty standard item. Note that this one does not lean back like most do. It is very strong.

It appears to be working great. The only catch is removing the old one. I recommend WD40 overnight, and then hammer it off.

Happy with this purchase. I will update if anything goes wrong in the future. I couldn't find a mechanism to line up with the bolt holes that I had on this chair I got from work. So I had to drill new holes in the wood. I used inserts that you can buy. Just search for wood inserts Furniture inserts something like that. It's fairly easy. I thought I might have to drill the holes bigger in the frame of this mechanism because the picture shows that it's only 6 mm. I'm using M8 bolts. Which I believe are 8 mm in diameter. But they fit fine and had plenty of room. Tension for tilting back seems very weak. I've tried to tighten it but it leans back too easily.

I am a bigger sized guy and I bought this to resurrect my favorite office chair. This bracket is EXACTLY what they describe...HEAVY DUTY!! It mounted up exactly to the holes from the previous backet without any issues or having to adjust anything. Matter of fact, after the wifes chair started showing signs of wear, I bought a second one to fix her chair!....now both of our chairs are fully operational again!

It is a replacement for my gaming chair. It is a perfect fit and looks as good as the original part. It is great quality because it holds up to 500 lbs. It was much more cost effective than buying a new chair. My chair now tilts back and I can recline without worrying about falling backwards

Advertised as a highly rated Besitu part from the US. What’s sent is a rusty, scratched, cheap copy from India. No protective packaging used, broken in transit. Completely false advertised.

The first time I ordered it, it went missing, and the seller refunded me promptly. The second order arrived in good order, although the packaging could have been better—no harm done, however. The distance between the vertical bolt holes (10.2") was slightly longer than what I needed for my chair, but after some adjustments with a chisel, I was able to fit it. It is a truly heavy-duty unit, and I might buy a second one as a reserve.

I can have some peace of mind that this will never break on me. This is very heavy dude and worth every penny. Rare to find this level of quality these days. I bought a similar part on Amazon rated for 500 pounds and I was so cheaply made and thin. I returned it.

Ordered it to replace the one that broke on my chair. This one is 3x heavier and 2x the thickness. Fits perfectly, my chair has NEVER been this solid and quiet, not a single noise when I sit or move.
