Not bad for the price.......
I used this little player to have as an alternative device other than my phone to listen to music as well as a device to use to listen to local radio stations since it advertised that it had fm radio functionality. In the box there is:The MP3 player itselfA micro USB charging cableA pair of earphonesAn instruction manualA screen protector (which I did not expect to get but is a great addition)When I first opened the box, I was surprised by the build quality. It had a decent amount of heft to it and it felt nice to hold with the metal and glass design. The buttons are touch button and not physical buttons and I found them to be very sensitive whilst navigating the menus. The charger port is on the left side of the device whilst there is two headphone jacks on the bottom of the device which both worked just fine for me and on the right hand side of the device there is a button by simply pressing you can lock the controls to avoid accidental touches and also is the power button to turn the device on or off by holding the button. The earphones that came with the media player are quite reasonable, with a metal build and in line microphone these can be used with the voice record function (which I haven't used). The earphones have OK sound quality for earphones that's included which have decent lows and highs when using them with the MP3 player which they aren't the best but totally fine for normal use.Putting music on this player was also easy. I simply plugged in the cable to my laptop and dragged and dropped my music folder into the media player's storage and my music was copied across no problem. The music player on the device is OK but it could have been better. There is an equalizer to fine tune the sound on it to your personal preferences and there are presets that can be used. There is also repeat and shuffle functions to take advantage of. However, I do wish that the music player used the tags on my music files instead of the actual filename and I also wished that there was a queue function as well as the option to make playlists.I have not used the photo viewer yet since I don't really look a pictures on a regular basis but I did test the video player and I would not recommend watching videos on this device. The screen is so small that you can barely see what you are looking at and is since the screen has a very low resolution videos almost look pixelated and fuzzy like due to the screen being quite low quality. Viewing angles for the screen aren't very good because if you are looking at the the screen from any direction other than directly straight a lot it, the screen looks very washed out like an old laptop screen. To be honest, i think the screen is where the manufacturers cheaped out on to get the MP3 player to its price point. For me this isn't a complete deal-breaker since the player is primarily designed for audio consumption such as listening to music or the radio or voice recordings. The radio function is also decent. I managed to tune in to my favourite stations and listen to them whilst out.The Bluetooth function works too. I have managed to pair headphones and a Bluetooth speaker to this device and both did connect and work. However keep in mind that the Bluetooth connection can cut out from time to time if it is obstructed by something. For example, I used a pair of Bluetooth earphones with the device and when I had my device in a trouser or jacket pocket I found the connection to cut out from time to time. This wasn't a huge problem, but it is something to keep in mind if you are planning to use Bluetooth with this device.Overall, I am happy with this product. Despite a few minor issues that I have talked about in this review, but I would definitely recommend it if you are in the market for something for listening to music to instead of using a phone. It's build quality, also makes it feel as if the player is durable and can last for a long time if looked after well.Hope this review was helpful :)

Super cheap gym set up - EDITED TO 1 STAR AFTER IT STOPPED WORKING
This is the lowest cost option with decent reliability and features (Bluetooth!), I found it so easy to use I didn't need to read the instructions, which i am no fan of doing. I plugged it into my PC, drag and dropped a few MP3 files for the gym and i was good to go. The only downside to this is the headphones, they are uncomfortable and produce poor quality sound, muffled and 'basey'. I plugged in a set of apple headphones and the difference is huuuuge, so much so i had to turn the volume right down to 2, don't blame the MP3 player before you've done this. I would advise also buying a 3.5mm bluetooth audio receiver, they're on a popular auction site for just under £4, I paired to this and fed it under my top and clipped it to my jogging bottoms pocket and used an arm strap holder to strap the player to my water bottle. This set up is so convenient and super cheap compared to an apple device and bluetooth headphones.

Primitive
An iPod this isn't. But it does hold a charge for around 50 hours which in my experience of numerous generations of iPod is an improvement and is the reason for purchasing. It is for use in the car using the AUX input - it works better than an iPod as the distortion is less (using AUX input). It also has two input jacks (which I haven't seen since Walkman days!) - this means I can charge at the same time as using the AUX input in the car. Those are the positives. The instructions have been translated poorly and don't make much sense. As for transferring music . . . well, it's taken me all day. The instructions say you can just connect to your computer and 'drag and drop' music files. . . this is half true. I have iTunes on a Mac and the .m4a files do not play on the player and the Newiy freezes and has to be turned off and on again (it does this regularly for no obvious reason). Additionally, after hours of trying to convert my iTunes library to mp3 files (it's supposed to be possible according to Apple but despite following their step-by-step guide, iTunes kept converting to MPEG audio files even though I selected the mp3 option . . . Eventually I had to download (and buy) file converting software (Switch Plus by NCH Software) which was easy enough to use - it took a few hours to convert a copy of my library to .mp3. I then 'drag and dropped' the library to an SD card which can be used in the player and now just have a list of songs, no artist or album name . . . this level of technical organisation was beyond me. This MP3 player is to an iPod what the first 1980's brick like mobiles are to modern smart phones. It plays music and that's pretty much it. It does freeze sometimes but for £29 I didn't have high expectations and I was not disappointed. A word of advice to those considering buying this for a child or teenager . . . don't, they'll hate it.

It is just fantastic.
I adore this little music player. After the theft of my ipod I decided to buy something cheap for a while but I've had this for over a year and it works as if it did when I bought it. The battery last forever before charging it again and the sound is very good. It cost just a tiny fraction of my ipod and works perfectly well.A few months after I bought this music player I bought another ipod but this is just so easy to use and takes so little space that I use it much more than my ipod, practically every day.

just be weary of the OS if you like things to work how you should expect
For what it's worth it's mine, the OS on the Mp3player is what's killing it for me, If I go into music it'll automatically start playing the first or a random song in my entire library, I have to back out of that menu to find my artists/albums, which isn't in any type of folder or playlist, they aren't in order either, There's also a hidden menu when you hold down the play/pause button whilst a song is playing that is never referenced in the book. It's a solid Mp3 Player with decent Bluetooth and an overall decent build quality, just be weary of the OS if you like things to work how you should expect.

Wer billig kauft...

Kleine Mp3 Player. Schwer in gebrauch. Schade.
