I love using this to dust the gummies I make after they have fully set in the refrigerator. This stuff is so good I sneak little handfuls of it just to eat by itself 😆

i would give it 0 stars if possible, it’s not sour in the slightest bit…? it doesn’t even really have a taste, just sweet blue powder??? i wouldn’t waste time or money on this, already threw it away. very misleading title

More sweet than sour. Also super highly pigmented and will stain your tongue or anything else it touches. Make sure you keep it off the counters or it might get stained

This powder is not sour nor is it sweet was hoping for a great night on Valentine’s Day making sour candy and this fell short of any base line expectations we had utterly disappointing
