I've been taking this for over a month now and I've certainly noticed my nails looking stronger and healthier. I had been getting acrylics done prior, these helped them bounce back stronger than ever. I've also noticed a lot of new growth in my hair. But the primary reason I purchased this was to help my sprained wrist. I do not know if it is in my head, but the moment I take these, a couple minutes later, and I swear my joints, specifically the sprained one feels magically better, less pain, more movement. I shared some with my grandma, and it looks to have helped her, she has stopped complaining about her wrist completely. I think this is great value, it tastes okay, I take it with and without meals and I've not experienced any negative side effects.

I have tried several different brands very expensive to moderately priced and I never noticed any difference when taking them. I tried this one because of the reviews. Honestly, I didn’t expect much like in the past, especially for the price. This is by far the best collagen I’ve ever tried. Without saying a word about me taking this because I’ve taken collagen for years my hairdresser and my nail tech both made comments on how much my hair and nails have grown. I thought they had but was thinking maybe it was in my head. No it wasn’t! Im assuming it’s helping my skin as well, but i think that’s hardest to gauge. I’m on my third bottle now and will continue to take these, I highly recommend!

I purchased this item at a better price than the other brand I was currently taking as when compiring these two together they're basically similar all together just in a different container and a bit smaller in price. So I do recommend this item

I am a 67 year old female and tried another collagen supplement for my bone pain and overall health. While I noticed my hair and nails were stronger and my bone/joint pain receded somewhat, it wasn't until I tried your product, Collagen Complex for Women types 1-5, that the difference was more noticeable by far. My hair has grown at least 3 inches, my nails are much stronger, and my joint pain, except for my back, of course, has lessened and my quality of life is much improved. You sent me a postcard in the mail with a "scan" option but I don't know how to do that with my phone so I wrote it on Amazon which is where I purchased your product. I bought this too stimulate hair growth. I’ve been taking it about four months and have seen no results.

I have been taking collagen on & off for a couple years. This bottle has been the BEST I have ever tried!!! It is so much easier to swallow than the others I have taken. I know this maybe hard to believe, but I noticed a difference in the growth of my hair and fingernails in JUST 2 DAYS! Literally could tell a difference in 2 days. It is the fastest acting I have ever heard of. My hair is still thinner, but growing fast. I hope it will thicken up soon. I have only been taking this abut a week. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs help growing hair. The cost was good too! Thanks. :) An added note, not sure if it has anything to do with it, but the swelling in a foot I have had an issue with also went down! Amazing stuff!!!

This product has worked so well for me! I have had a good amount of regrowth of hair. My hairdresser has even mentioned the difference since I started taking it. I have noticed my nails growing faster as well. I highly recommend this product!
