I was looking for a way to clean up my cart a little. We have an enclose that wraps around the front posts so we didn't want to drill through it. I bought this and although it was missing one of the securing straps, it works perfectly. The post wraps only allow me to use one per side so it works out. I can store so many things and my cart looks much cleaner. I am very happy and highly recommend.

I tried this out on an EZGO TXT golf cart which I consider a pretty standard series of golf cart and representative of most users.First impression: the material and construction of the storage system is very good. The side walls are robust and solid, the bottom insert, which aids in giving rigidity to the base of the storage system, does exactly what it’s expected to do covering the bottom fully wish two sections at each end bending upward at a 90 degree angle to form the end plates. There are three Velcro dividers that span from side to side and when fastened allow this 33-34 inch long storage systems to remain rigid. If you were to grab one end and hold your arm straight out it would extend outwards and not collapse or significantly bend. All in all - assembly is a breeze.Mounting: this is where I took off a star in the review as the straps are just a little too short to make this easy. The storage system is just over 33 inches and the bars for my golf cart are at 41 inches at the outermost edges so measuring span to span. At each end of the storage system are a set of two retaining loops (where you pass the straps through to secure) which spans about 3.5 inches. The straps themselves are 14 inches from tip to the first opening on the buckle but once passed through and syched with another inch overlap you are only dealing with about 13 inches to strap to cover the distance through the securing loops to and around the golf cart outer rails. If this is mounted perfectly in the center then this works. In. My case is I am trying to mount behind the windshield on the golf cart so it’s creates and angle and the existing straps are really just not quite enough to make it easy with out really torquing on the straps and risking a tear (or tearing over time) on the storage system loops because of the tension required to secure. Picture one is mounted between two spans (manageable), Pictures 2 through 4 show the limitations when mounting slightly offset. You solve this by not going through both of the loops in each of the mounting point on the storage system but you could have easily accounted for the problem with 16 inch straps versus the 14 inch straps provided.So end of the day the storage system is very well designed, holds its structure well, and will make a great addition in terms of added storage on the golf cart. The strap issues are easy to overcome but to me that’s the difference between a four and five star review so have reflected that in the review.
