Mica pigment powder for bath bombs is widely used in the production of unique colored soap. Soap making kits are easy to use as bath bombs or soap dyes. These powdery pigments do not migrate. They are called fast-melting dyes. They keep a sharp profile for a long time,so very suit for hand-washing soaps. Mica powder for bath bombs is suitable for soap making, very frugal, non-toxic. This pink, black, red, pearl and gold mica powder will not be absorbed by the skin, it will leaves no traces. It maintains the brightness of a long time, does not fade. This pigment powder is the perfect choice for beginners and experts in the manufacture of dyes and bathtubs for soap. Application Cut it into small cubes to melt faster before melting the base. If you melt the pedestal in a microwave oven, use a special heat-resistant tray, glass or plastic cup and suspend the 3.5 ounce (100 g) pedestal in a microwave oven for about 20-30 seconds. Using a water bath, the base melts at 158-176 ° F. Add Mica Powder Pigments at the rate of 0.002 – 0.007 ounce per 3.5 ounce (100 grams) of soap base, depending on how saturated color you want to get. When you add Powder Pigments to melted soap base, stir thoroughly the mass in order to avoid lumps. For more convenience, it’s also possible to add small amount of glycerin or spirits to Mica Powder Pigments and then add this mixture to liquid base. Then pour the soap into the mold, sprinkling it with alcohol, and repeat this procedure afterwards, as the foundation was poured, this must be done to remove small bubbles and foam. Alcohol is also used when making multi-layer soap. You need to sprinkle the frozen layer before pouring the next one - the layers are better attached to each other and do not break down during the use. 3.5 lbs (1588 grams) of the base freezes in the mold on average in 5 hours.

Outstanding selection of mica pigment for CP soap-making
Absolutely love these mica powder pigments for CP soap-making. I've used several so far, happy with the final product. I was worried at first that some colors weren't solidifying into the proper color. But after 24 hours, it looked how I expected (I like to gel my soaps for more intense colors). It's a good variety for lots of soap designs, easy to mix with a carrier oil before adding to soap. My small batch soaps are 50 oz each, and there's plenty of mica for several batches.

Works best on liquid soaps.
I bought them to use in bath bombs and it produces very light colors for that but then I made glycerin soap and that is when it showed how amazing it could be.The colors were rich and sparkled. The slight shimmer it gave the soap was gorgeous and a little went a long way. They are so much better when mixed with liquids
