It is very much useful in humid coastal regions to have comfortable weather conditions its very compact, sleek and easy to move with simple controls accessible with touch and also from app. There is one good feature that stops the compressor from working, once the tank is filled Further , the wooden packing of the unit is very safe in transit and the delivery by Amazon is als fast More over the customer care personnel are very prompt and responsive I recommend the product for those living in coastal areas, in particular since it is value for money product

This is okay. It does what I wanted which was to stop the horrible mold issues we get during monsoon in Goa where the humidity can be 95%. An AC would work better but that involves alot of money, putting holes in the wall and having a huge outside unit making noise. We bought it for our small spare room in Goa. We keep clothes and stuff we don’t want to mold in this room during monsoon. You need to empty the water 3 times a day but there is an included hose so you can have it continuously drain if you want to. If the power goes off, it doesn’t have auto restart so you do have to turn it back on. There’s a thermostat that should turn it off when the humidity gets to whatever you set it it. We set it to 50% but I think Goa is so humid it never gets below 55%, still this unit effectively removes enough moisture to keep the room dry and there are no signs of mold or dampness in the room. It does create heat but the room is hot and dry as opposed to dry, wet and moldy. The price is great and better then any similar unit on Amazon and I read that the customer service is good though we haven’t needed to use it. Some things to note : You need to keep doors and windows closed for any dehumidifier to work, otherwise you’re just bringing more humidity in and you’d need a huge unit to remove the extra water. You’ll want to run this 24 hours a day and expect some increase in your electric bill but it’s less then other units or AC. If you don’t plan to use the drain hose and don’t want to have to empty the water so much, you can go for their bigger unit. The unit is fairly quiet. There’s a filter in the back that you can pop out and wash periodically. Overall, the price is great, its fairly quiet, and the unit works well and keeps the room mold free. Next time I’ll buy the bigger unit for my livingroom. Really, the price is great compared to other units if you don’t care about the auto restart and it works as well as any other expensive brand. We bought this instead of Sharp because every review said the Sharp units are super noisy. Important: With any dehumidifier from Amazon, make sure you unbox it and check for damage before you plug it in, then let it sit for 24 hrs to let the gas settle before starting it for the first time. I would definitely buy this again.

I purchased Hiniso dehumidifier from Amazon a couple of days ago. Humidity is very high in the place where I live and there is a constant musty smell and dampness inside my wardrobes. As I turned on the dehumidifier, the humidity was 80% and within a couple of hours it came down to 55%. I could feel the reduction in dampness and the musty smell. The product is very good, doing its job well. Appearance wise it is nice and compact with wheels for easy mobility. It has a sufficiently big tank. Also, a pvc pipe is given for continuous drainage. You can control the dehumidifier with a mobile app which makes it all the more convenient. It can also be used as an air purifier by simply installing a HEPA filter. The product comes with 2 year warranty and was delivered with very safe packaging. I like to make a special mention of the seller's kind support. He is easily approchable and solved all my queries over phone. Overall very happy with the product and after support.

It’s very fast, very effective, and easy to clean. Very easy to control with WiFi. It’s also very quiet. Shuts off automatically when tank is full, and the accuracy of humidity detection is also amazing, I checked and compared with multiple devices.

Before i review, I must tell you go with the 22L varient, You will love it. I have been using this dehumidifier continuously for almost 2 weeks, and the difference is very noticeable. Earlier my room had very high humidity like above 80Rh, damp scent, and the air felt heavy. After using this unit, the air now feels light and comfortable, almost like the fresh feeling you get in hilly or mountain areas. It removes a good amount of water daily, which shows it’s working effectively. Humidity levels have come down significantly as this unit claims, and breathing feels easier, especially in a closed room. It has also helped reduce dampness from walls and overall musty odor. The performance is very good for the price. Considering the size, capacity and features, this is a great value-for-money product compared to many expensive brands. Initially I had buy 10L varient which was not suitable for my room but after upgrading to 22L, It is now the best product I have brought.
