What everyone needs for the home office!
Since lockdown started I've been missing my in-office coffee shop, so this was an essential purchase!LookI've had Nespressos in the past but a much cheaper machine than this one, and I'm glad we went for a nicer brand name one. Everything feels high quality. The colour is really nice, sort of halfway between buff and grey. Its matte finish which means no ugly fingerprints and water marks.CoffeeMy partner drinks black coffee and I drink lattes or sometimes Americanos with a dash of milk. It works fantastic for a variety of drinks. The milk frother is especially great as it's much easier than the separate ones.To make an Americano you just need to do two lungos one after the other in the same cup. This makes roughly the amount of water you'd expect in a medium American from Starbucks etc. There is also a setting to change the water amounts or the standard button press so you can customise it, however because we have a variety of coffees we have just kept the standard settings and simply press the button a second time. The milk frother is so simple to use. You don't even need to tell the machine that you are making a milky coffee. When the milk frother is full the machine just knows. It provides the latte warm-up setting if the unit is attached and has liquid in it via a sensor, very clever! It makes a good smallish latte, if you fill the frother to the top line. More of a cappucino if you fill it to the bottom line.CleaningI like to keep the kitchen clean and hate having to worry about scrubbing more bits and pieces. Luckily it's pretty easy to clean. The trip tray and the tray for the empty pods are easy to take apart. They are completely dishwashable or easy to rinse out and dry.The milk frother comes apart into 5 bits which just need a rinse after use (immediately, I would recommend, as warm milk goes nasty very quickly and smells awful!) I just rinse through all 5 parts quickly under the tap after use and then pop it in the dishwasher for a deep clean. We live in a medium hard water area and the "descale" warning feature is great. We just got our first ping after about 5 months of daily use. We bought descaling liquid from Nespresso and popped it through. It has a full proper descaling cycle. Again, you don't have to do much. There is a small pipe attached to the back of the machine and once you've plugged that in the machine just "knows" its in descale mode and carries on its job with little intervention beyond adding the liquid and putting a tray underneath to catch the water.Overall, I absolutely love my Nespresso! Couldn't live without it.

Great machine, easy to clean!
I have had this for 2 months and love it. It is easy to keep clean and works well with most pods and even the reusable one. It's quick and I like that it steams the milk. The size is great as well as it doesn't take up much space.

Very good at its job
So to start off I got the white version in Used - Acceptable condition from Amazon warehouse. The description mentioned that there were “cosmetic imperfections” and scratches pretty much all over the item and the price was £100 instead of £200 brand new.So the item arrived without its box/manual/trial pods as described, but the main piece is pretty much in perfect condition. Some very very very minor marks on the top, but it basically looks brand new.Would I pay double(an extra one hundred pounds) for a box I’ll throw out and a manual I can get online that I won’t read anyway along with some pods I can buy for a couple of quid in the supermarket - absolutely not.So if you’re thinking of getting one don’t be afraid to try your luck on the warehouse versions. You can always return it if yours turns out worse. Now to the product itself - £100 is a scandalous price for a little coffee machine, but it’s probably one of the best ones you can get and it cost the same as the more basic ones so it evens out a little bit.The water tank holds enough for a good few cups which is nice compared to the smaller tanks other machines have. The main function for the 2 sizes of servings works perfectly as you’d expect. The milk park also works really well and I’m not sure how you could manage to have any issues with it. The milk pretty much dribbles out the end into your cup(there no way it’ll shoot out all over your floor like I’ve seen others mentioning). It’s quite easy to clean the milk part too which I’d recommend doing after every use.It splits up into 3 pieces and you can just rinse them out and put it back for the next use.The more milk you put in the tank, the more will come out - make sure your cup/glass is big enough to hold that much so it doesn’t overflow. It’s a good device overall if you’re willing to put up the investment and definitely check out the warehouse options.

Burnt coffee taste be gone
Great machine! Tip: If you’re using the lungo with milk button like me, make sure to empty the capsule and run water through the machine, otherwise you will get a build up of oils that will eventually make your coffee taste burnt.

I AM OBSESSED
Aside from being an overall well-designed product, the coffee is delicious! It is relatively easy to use the machine but read the instructions beforehand so that nothing is accidentally spoilt in the unboxing and set-up process. Additionally, it comes with a pack of 14 Nespresso capsules. I would also not recommend using dupes as my reading online has confirmed that even though this machine does not use a barcode system -- dupe versions tend to clog the internal workings or give weak coffee.

Stylish and so practical!
Bought this coffee machine based off a review id seen over on YouTube. So glad I did, it's small yet does everything I need it to. Make about 4 medium sized cups of coffee before needing to be refilled. The compartments for the milk come off easy to clean and takes seconds to do.Great variety of pods available and reasonably priced too.Would 100% recommend!

Really impressed
Great little machine, quick and easy to use and neat on the countertop. Compatible pods are easy to get in mosr supermarkets. Coffee is really strong and milk froths perfectly. Much better than my old gaggia. Wish I'd got one sooner!

Fine for coffee but the milk is awkward
This is fine for making black coffee, although it is annoying that the drip tray and waste bucket are not dishwasher safe. The milk frother is annoying, as you basically have to take it apart and wash it very thoroughly after every use, so I don't really bother using it. If you could clean it by running steam through it while still attached to the machine that would be a massive improvement.
