Very comfortable. Trim to size

I wanted to extend the life of my jogging shoes, which are about halfway through their use. I decided an insole replacement would help. I bought the Dr Scholls energy return model after seeing it advertised. I was able to trim it easily to fit in my shoes, as pictured.These insoles definitely add a lot of cushioning to my shoes, giving them a bouncy feeling they haven’t had in a couple months. The arch support is somewhat lacking, with a flexible rubber arch plate that isn’t rigid enough to hold the midfoot in place. That said, there are other types of insoles you can find for that purpose. For a cushioning insole, the energy return model seems to work well and is a good value.Overall four stars - could use more rigid arch support like the Athlete model, but still very good for cushioning.

These are the most comfortable inserts I've used. They aren't as heavy as a lot I've used in the past. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

I put these in my outdoor boots and they instantly made my feet feel better. 10/10 would recommend.

A little better than the insoles that came with my shoes, no where near as good as powerstep bridge insoles

These insoles are definitely the way to go. I weigh over 300 pounds and in 20 years of trying every insole out there, none hit the spot like these do. Very minimal arch which is good for me but still very supportive for all day use. Extremely soft and comfortable while maintaining their support. I personally have tried many low arch types and they’re still too much arch. I have tried many flat types and they’re not enough. These are awesome! Quite thick and tend to use a bit of shoes space. Excellent value for the money!

These inserts really helped My Husband for his graveyard shifts - definitely recommend if you’re on your feet more than 10 hours at a time.
