Quality is very nice but.. I found loose stitching. I think pricewise, it much have good stitching quality.

Back support for neck is too high and not so comfortable.

The cushion is not bad but very hard, can't use it in flights or on any travel. The neck seems stiff...do not buy if going to use on travels. The eye patch is very small and apply pressure on eyes. Can't be used at all
