Best Swing Ever
This seller is a small time manufacturer. Thus, there was no Prime shipping and I had to wait a few weeks for delivery. The wait was absolutely worth it!This is a high quality hand-made product. It is incredibly comfortable. Sometime in life we buy cheap imports because, let’s face it, who cares where they make plastic spatulas or oven mitts. A porch swing is different. This swing just feels right, literally and figuratively. I could not be any happier.

Well made swing.
I ordered 2 of these swings for our pergola, and they only sent one, I called customer service and they were so nice, and sent the second swing the very next day. These swings are so well made and very comfortable. No rough edges, nice and smooth. We love them. I highly recommend this company, workmanship and customer service excellent.

You get what you pay for!
There is a wide selection of swings to choose from online. Many of which are less expensive than this one. That being said, I'm certain this swing will last for the remainder of my lifetime. The wood and hardware that is used is strong and high-quality. The directions were clear and it was easily assembled in thirty minutes. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a darn sturdy swing!

Impressive
This is a well-engineered and designed product. It was easy to assemble and everything fit together perfectly. I might suggest a little color coding on the chain that attaches to the porch ceiling as we mixed up what went up but other than that, highly recommended. I would buy again.

We appreciate it everyday.
I ordered it and then waited for it to come. While waiting I realized that I would have to assemble it. I wasn't sure I could. In spite of not having assembled anything for a long time, I decided to pull together my old tools and investigate if I needed anything. I went ahead and purchased a set of springs for the swing. Everything else came with the swing. And, highly recommended, a stain of your choice. It protects. We were just impatient for this thing to come and it eventually did and we went to work on it as soon as we could. We stained it (wife and daughter did most of it), waited for it to dry and then went about assembling it.Believe me. I am not a handyman. Have never had to assemble anything that I bought from Amazon so far but when I saw the instructions, it was simple and I thought I should try it. The only advice you need for instructions, is to read the instructions very thoroughly. When they say you have to bang it in forcefully, you do. You really have to bang it in. The bolts are a tight fit and you have raise your hammer up high like you are trying to send it the to the antipodes.Highly recommend getting some cushions. We found a set of 3 at 'At Home', waterproof, of course. Who knew it was going to be raining so much on our deck ;)We enjoy it everyday. Get on it the first thing in the morning when I wake up with my coffee and a book and look out at people from an appropriately socially distanced porch. I don't need a mask at this distance but it would be worth it if did.

Perhaps I just got a bad apple?
Looking at the other reviews this swing sounds amazing. Whomever assembled and cut the wood pieces for the swing did an excellent job. There are some wood pieces that needed sanding and some that had knots in them (which make that spot pretty rough). For me the biggest problem was following the directions made the swing nearly impossible to assemble. I never would have got the arms on if I had continued. What i found is if you attach the main arm supports to the bottom of the swing and completely tighten them down, then slide the back in place and put the eye hooks through the holes and tighten those down that gets the wood line up the way it should be. However, whomever drilled the holes in this did something wrong. Not all of the holes on the bottom/back joints lined up following the directions nor doing my method. For the ones that did I put a carriage bolt through and tightened it down. Then i drilled a new hole for the ones that didn't line up.In addition the hole was missing for the front eye bolt; so i also had to drill a hole for that as well. Finally I am not real impressed that it is made with untreated pain. Granted I stained it and sealed it which will make it fairly weatherproof.

Here is a good one.
Made in USA, built to last, needs a cup holder. Very satisfied.
