Q: What is the difference between all these different Slime kits? I have an x5 without run flats and no spare. Which one of these would you recommend?

70005 is practically identical to the BMW Mobility Kit found in some BMW's. It injects both the slime and air through the hose all in one step. 70004 requires you remove the valve stem core, inject the slime, and then inflate the tire. Note that the "heavy duty" compressor requires a 15A fuse on your cigarette lighter else you'll have to clip it directly to the battery. 40013 is pretty much the same as 70004, but with a smaller bottle of slim, a lower power compressor, and no plugs.Personally I have the 40013 and a plug set in my Z4, but thankfully I've never had to use it.

Q: Any problems for tires that have TPMS?

Yes, it is perfectly safe for TPMS. Well tested in their labs.
