Helped me lower workplace stress.
A very easy to read and well thought out book for anyone that has to deal with co-workers and supervisors. This book can be applied to any workplace setting (I work in a factory) and know every type of personality in book, with maybe some addition. Read it and use it as a good start to taking control of your work day and lowering your stress level. Once you start to recognize the games people are playing it becomes easier to just roll your eyes, see through their immaturity and rise above it.

If you have a job, read this book
If you have a job, you want to read this book. I have read most of his books and I always find pearls of wisdom in them. It is a short read but definitely full of practical tactics to protect yourself. I highly recommend it.

Unfinished book
It seems like the author started writing a book and then gave up after writing one chapter. Then he just stretched out that one chapter as much as he could. He divided the one chapter into 1-2 page "chapters" and added filler words. There are several grammatical and formatting errors throughout. For example, chapter four is 2 paragraphs long and starts out by saying that this chapter will go over the ten most common power plays and mind games. But then the chapter ends without going over any power plays or mind games. After reading this book, I felt duped.

There are better books out there.
Short, no useful information. Waste of 3$.

Brief but relevant
As a whistleblower attorney, author and CEO of a national office that confronts workplace bullying and harassment, I strive very hard to be collegial and not overly critical of anyone who writes about or discusses workplace bullying. Thus, I can say that this was a fine read and contributes value to a general understanding of workplace bullying. What qualifies me to comment authoritatively on this issue? As an attorney and former federal official, I personally took on one of the largest departments in the federal government for harassment, workplace bullying and retaliation (against me)!I succeeded to my full satisfaction in my legal action against abuse from officials at the Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, and the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer - U.S. Department of Homeland Security Headquarters. Yes, you heard it correctly, so-called civil rights/EEO and personnel officials were the very ones who sought to bully and harass me!Moreover, with nearly 22 years of experience in anti-harassment, anti-bullying related work -having served as the Human Rights Director of two municipalities, a police executive, a national security official, and having singlehandedly established the first-ever ANTI-HARASSMENT UNIT for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Headquarters, my credentials are beyond question. Thus, as one of the nationโs premier authorities on workplace bullying and harassment, unlike many authors I take a collaborative rather than competitive approach to remarking on the serious work of fellow authors. Indeed, I applaud any author who speaks seriously and intelligently on the national epidemic of workplace bullying. The reading experience of a novice might very well be more gratifying than my experience with this writing, which I hope is the case because I want every reader to be helped. Yet with my level of expertise on this subject, I would have preferred to see more substance and legal sophistication herein. That is difficult to achieve in a writing that is only about 57 pages.Nevertheless, I found this writing to offer some key reminders to me. It is a fine read and I encourage the author to continue this important work. Those of us in the anti-bullying community must be supportive of each other's endeavors.
