These pearl beads are gorgeous. I love the bright vivid colors. There are 32 colors a lot of which I would call the gemstone colors and there are also some multi-color beads. I love the bright purples and greens and one of the blue shades is very periwinkle which I have not seen before. I love that there is a reddish brown that is a little metallic. It also comes with some standard string. The set comes in a nice case that keeps the colors separate. Overall I really like it and highly recommend it.

But they have a terrible chemical smell. I have to leave them outside to air out for awhile unfortunately.

My favorite type of beads are glass, crystal, gems. These pearlized beads are made of plastic but they are such a good, smooth and strong plastic it is almost like glass. I would like to make it clear, these are not genuine pearl beads. These are plastic with a pearlized color coating to create the illusion of being a pearl and it holds the brilliant colors.There are 28 colors. It may look like there are two grids in the box of white but it is one snow white and the other is a light creamed colored. Even the gray, brown, and black colors are brilliant. The gray can look like silver, the brown like a tiger eye shade (no eye), and the black is like a brilliant dark sky.The letters have over 100 of each color set: the black letters on white and the multi colors on white beads. With 200 beads used for the letters I will confidently say that all the 28 colors have at least 60 of each color (letters are not counted as colors).The elastic string is not on a roll but rolled up and then affixed with a twister seal to make it look like a bow shape. The claim in the description does say there is sufficient amount for our needs. To me that says enough to use up all the beads in this kit. Time will tell if there is.As for now I recommend these beautifully made beads for all kinds of crafts and jewelry.

very vibrant colored beads. only very few of them were damaged which is not bad when you buy this many.

This bead set has many letter beads but features bright pearlized round beads in every bright color! It was a good price for the amount you get.
