Reading Assessment for Diagnostic-Prescriptive Teaching (with InfoTrac) 2nd Edition

This was the text for my masters class and it did it’s job. Very knowledgeable

Excellent book with many turn-key methods of differentiating instruction in literacy. Applicable to content-area teaching as well (I teach social studies). Though it's 10 years old, it's relevant and a good reference to have in the classroom to better the way you scaffold instruction for your kids at any level.

This is a product I needed for an online reading course - as a teacher. I've reviewed the book and it looks to be very informative and a useful tool in evaluating readers - anywhere from pre-kindergarden to 11th grade. I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about assessing reading skills and learning about what to do about reading deficiencies in young readers.
