This company is amazing..I had a few problems with the luggage I had purchase.. wheels falling off. however, the way hybrid travel dealt with my issues was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you hybrid travel.

Packing these suitcases as we speak! So far so good. I will update after we travel (if I have any problems). They arrived in great condition and have held up to my almost three year old climbing and jumping off of them. Great space & a great look!

This luggage is absolutely perfect! Great looking, three roomy pieces, excellent construction. Zippers and handles are well made. It arrived quickly as well. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for stylish, well made luggage at a great price!

Inner zipper on large suitcase broke.Outter shell broke around wheels. Wheels broke after a few meters on flat surface on both large suitcases. Did not last first trip. Only reusable suitcase was carry on. Very poor durability even if they appear sturdy and light.

I ordered these for a friend and she said that she LOVED them. When they arrived, the color was silver and not trimmed in black like the picture, but it was silver on silver which made them look even better. They are very sturdy, the wheels held up well and she was very satisfied throughout her vacation.

Already used it! Scuff mark after the first trip, but shows good durability. Packs well. TSA doesn’t like when you use the lock. They cut it off even though it was TSA approved.

This luggage is made very well. I have a European trip coming up in 3 weeks so will report back on how it fairs through 2 international flights and 3 inter euro flights as well as a river cruise. Very good value for the price. Spins incredibly smooth. The interior linings and extra pockets are great. My luggage looks exactly like the photo.My only complaint: absolutely no instructions on how to set the TSA lock. Hopefully I can find it online. Other folks reviewed that they were missing instructions as well. Shame on Amazon for allowing this to continue. I am a Prime member and I expect better service than this. Especially since it is a known issue.If I find the instructions I will add them to the review.

Easy to maneuver. Stood up well to baggage handlers. Lots of room.
