I’m an engineer and have multiple laptop bags for work, but they always end up too heavy after I chop and change what I carry in there. I have 2 of the Wenger wheeled case type bags but one is too small and the other is too big, making it very heavy when you have to climb stairs. I really wanted the Wenger Synergy 16” Wheeled backpack but didn’t want to wait for a US import and I couldn’t find it elsewhere. I came across this bag during my search for one and am glad I did. The reviews were mostly positive so I decided to give it a try and after my first outing using mine I have to say I’m really impressed with it. Everything I was struggling to fit in my last bag fits in this one with space to spare and wheeling it along was wonderful instead of finishing the day with strap marks on my shoulders. It feels good quality and I’m sure it will last for years to come.

Normal backpacks have started to hurt my shoulders / back. I bought this bag with wheels which significantly reduces the strain on your body and makes it much easier to move, especially when the bag is full and heavy. However, both straps got damaged by going under the wheels. The supplier (zhouyangxiangbao) was great in sending me another bag free of charge within a few days. The supplier recommendation was [When you use it as a trolley case, we suggest putting the straps into the storage pocket. Take the straps out when you use it as a backpack. Otherwise, the straps may get damaged again]. The bag has many pockets and I am very happy with it

After a lot of research I decided to go with this ruck sack for work. I walk 2 miles to and from work and it has worked a treat. Plenty of room for my laptop mouse keyboard and pack up. Another added bonus is it does not fall over when left up right. One and only down side, once I get to work I cannot put it on my shoulder as the wheels are dirty but it’s light enough to carry up the stairs by the top handle.

I bought this as an add on to our luggage compact with loads of space and compartments and wheels perfect.The whole thing is excellent value sturdy zips easy to use compartments plentiful and ease of use.

Lightweight and versatile - being able to pull it or wear it on my back. Lots of pockets. Highly functional and looks great.

I would have dropped a 5 star on this as most parts are really good, unfortunately a design flaw means my laptop has worn through the fabric and scratched on the screws at the bottom so I would avoid this. Pictures damaged after just a short time of ownership (Matter of a couple of months).

Excellent wheeled backpack, I purchased this for work, having to now travel with a heavy old 17" laptop, I which I am not prepared to lug around on my back, due to shoulder problems.This came out tops in my search on price, weight, size and positive feedback from other customers.Having used it for a couple of weeks I am happy to say I'm very pleased with it, I don't have much in it as it's for work, it has proved to be sturdy and not have an unbalanced wobble despite being 2 thirds empty.I have not found the laptop bangs against against the rear handle section, there again I'm not rocking the bag back and forth to make it do so! I'm sure if you found this a problem you could always purchase some foam and insert it in the pull up handle section as it is a zipped compartment.The pulling handle is adjustable and strong along with the pick up handle.Material quality is strong.I will actually use this for personal holiday use if the occasion arises.Very happy to recommend the backpack
