4x100ml pigment sublimation ink

Inks work fine. Be SURE to inquire about expiration date BEFORE you purchase. Some sellers are shipping expired stuff.
Inks arrived quickly, and they seemed to work fine, but all bottles were marked 'expires 03-13', which was over a year BEFORE the date I bought. I did not notice this until a few days ago. HOWEVER, that's on the seller/shipper, not the product. I am only reviewing the product here. When I received the inks, I installed them straight away into a cis unit on an epson c88. (By the way, if Sawgrass is reading this, know that I installed them on Sept 2, 2014, a day AFTER your patent ran out, hehehehe).I immediately printed a couple of mug designs and pressed them with mug wraps. They turned out great! No ICC profile needed or anything like that. Works just like oem epson inks (I guess anyway, I'm not a sucker, and as such, do NOT use oem epson inks). After that, I got sidetracked, and my plans for creating mugs took a backseat to other things, as did my epson with dye sub inks, so it sat. I made myself print at least one thing per week for at least the next month or so, but then started slacking. I sat down this week, knowing that I was probably looking at a clog situation, as I hadn't printed anything on the printer in nearly 7 months. At first, those suspicions were realized. Magenta and blue were totally clogged (even the cis tubes were clogged).I took all the ink out of the cis, put it back in the bottles, rinsed and filled the cis with distilled water, soaked the parking pad with water, and let it sit for a couple of days. Ran several cleaning cycles on it this morning, and it's back! I probably won't put THIS ink back in it (it's two years expired at this point) but I do plan on getting more and refilling this cis with it!

Better than I hoped
I am absolutely delighted with these inks. I've been doing hotpress vinyl for a number of years and finally made up my mind to jump into sublimation. I was a little intimidated by all the variables, but I shouldn't have been worried. First rattle out of the box, I got superb results. I did a tshirt and four mugs and each was clear and bright, and the colors were spot on. I used Paint Shop Pro with an Epson C88 and Texprint papers (both regular and tacky). Didn't have to use a special color profile or anything. I did find that I needed to press a few seconds longer than recommended, but I do realize that could easily be a function of my press and oven. Thank you so much for this quality, affordable product! I'm just a hobbyist, and your inks are going a long way toward keeping this fun!

PERFECT!
I'm new to sublimation, but I always make sure I do my research before I buy a product. When I first used this ink, I messed up a few blanks; they transferred horribly and the colors were all faded. However, I did not freak out and write a bad review right after that because I had already read the other reviews and figured that it may not be the ink, but the paper. The paper I had was some unknown paper that came from China as part of my 3d sublimation machine. So I went ahead and ordered some good paper (from DyeMaster), tried again and PERFECT! I'm so excited now. I have an Epson C88 and CISS and the built in spout made it so easy to fill. I'm very satisfied with this product and glad I don't have to spend $80 per cartridge to make my products!

I love the priced but ink is not as vivid as I thought it would be. Maybe I'm missing a step. Is this water based ink or gel?? I think that matters, that's probably why its not as vivid I'm using the wrong paper

My only complaint (if that’s what it is) is I wished the bottles had a pour spout, rather than the way they’re made.

No issues for dye sublimation
I use this ink on an epson c88+ with refillable cartridges. the ink works great and I have no issues with heat transfer. The only issue that I have is that teal colors show up as blue. That is not the inks issue, but an ICC issue. I wish an ICC profile was made available.I left my printer unused for 3 weeks without use and printed onto transfer paper without and clogs or issues.

A decent alternative.
Its great because I need it. Its kind of a pain to refill cartridges. All things are relative. Have an old printer that cartridges are hard to find. It still works great so we refill cartridges. Its working for us.
