Highly recommended!
The speed of service was fantastic. The order was placed Saturday afternoon and arrived on Tuesday, well packaged and in excellent condition. With no previous ratings we weren't expecting such efficient service. This pasta is not only delicious but makes a wonderful present which isn't readily available on the high street. We also received well wrapped delectable mini samples of extra virgin olive oil which was a lovely surprise.

Delicious cooked up with chilli & lobster. Quite a slow cooking pasta; it needs a lot of liquid both for cooking and in its sauce. So good we bought four more packets. Yum

Bought this out of curiosity for my husband. He enjoyed it with a king prawn and vegetables. He would have again.

A reliable source of squid ink pasta
Not being able to get my hands on squid ink pasta locally, I turned to the internet. It's not cheap, so I use it on special occasions. It cooks well, and eats well, standing up to high-quality ingredients such as fresh scallops.

Best black spaghetti I've had to date. It didn't get as mushy as the black spaghetti we've had before, I wish you could get this more easily from the high street supermarket.
