We generally don't like to pop popcorn because 1) stove popping is messy, and 2) popping appliances take up space and are clunky.This small popper is genius. It's so simple, it almost sounds stupid, but it really works. You can make 4 tablespoons at a time, which is about 140 calories--enough for one person. The container cools quickly once you take the lid off and you can easily pick it up and shake salt or other toppings in the bag. We popped several times and, as long as we stopped the microwave when the popping noise slowed, we had no burned kernels at all and very few unpopped kernels.Yes, you are paying $17 for a silicone box made in China. But they thought of it and you didn't. Suck it up and get one, and save lots of money and eliminate oil and mess.The only main disadvantages are that it's small and might smell funky if you put funky smelling stuff or soap into it. So don't put funky smelling stuff or soap.

My wife and I have tried several different popcorn poppers from Amazon and other places. We broke two glass poppers and decided to try something else. Until this purchase she had the machine that has the bowl on top with the spinning metal spindle, but it take so much work to get it out of the cupboard, set it up, and clean it when done. It also took up valuable cabinet space. The first night we used Bling Blue's silicon popper everything was so simple! Measure the seed in the provided scoop and dump it in the bottom. We put about 1 tbsp. of butter in with the seed and put it in our microwave for 2:30. The popcorn was delicious! Because the kids enjoyed it so much we made several batches. This popper's natural flexibility means it will take up much less space and be much easier to store (or take with us). We highly recommend this popcorn popper. I love this popper! I especially like the fact that you don't have to add any oil unless you desire it. It is easy to use and clean. The silicone gloves are an added plus that I can use elsewhere. It made enough popcorn just for me (I love popcorn!). I burnt the first batch by cooking for 2:30 min., but the second batch was perfect at just 2 min.

I think this is very handy. I liked having the measuring cup with it. I can control the amount I want, and how much, if any oil I want. Doesn’t take long to pop, then I just wipe out the container with a paper towel.

I am addicted to popcorn so I’m always trying to find ways to make it quicker, cheaper and healthier. This works pretty good for a quick fix but I usually have to make two batches just for myself! If you want a quick small snack however this works great. For more than one person and movie binges I would use a bigger machine or my instant pot.

This works really well. It took me a couple of tries to get the timing right, but once I did, the popcorn was great. The popper is well made. The extras (mitts and measuring spoon) are a nice bonus. Well worth the money.

This was an impulse buy and probably going in trash. I can't use oil so maybe it's good buy but just not for me. The oiless popcorn is extremely dry.

Very satisfied with this product so far! It provides a neat, clean, quick way to make popcorn, and easy to clean up. We are anxious to try using it for other food prep.
