Best travel pillow!!
This is my 2nd FaceCradle. I lost my original one that I bought through Kickstarter in October 2016, last month when it wasnt delivered to my hotel room with my bags by the bellhop. The hotel security was fabulous! I contacted them, they came, I filed a report and they reimbursed me for it so I could buy this one. Yay! I REALLY like the improvements on this one. It flexes some. It is softer and that makes it more comfortable when using it in the front leaning position. It was also a lot more comfortable in the side position between my shoulder, head and the aircraft bulkhead. I was never able to use my old one this way because it was too hard. One of my pet peeves with the FaceCradle is the long strap that dangles, drags, gets in the way of EVERYTHING when Im between flights, on the jetway, walking through the terminal, etc. It was ALWAYS a problem with my old FaceCradle. Well, when this one came in the day before we left for Seattle, my husband found a little nylon zip up pouch he got from some tech vendor, rolled up the strap, put it in there, and hooked it on the FaceCradle with a D-Ring. Problem solved!

Not good behind your neck!
If you want it as a standard travel pillow behind your neck, be ware! It pushed my neck too far forward and my spine was crooked all flight long. On main cabin seats, it's not good. Also, having to pinch both sides to change the angle is hard to do while holding it. It should be a one-handed operation. Not taking it anywhere else. I'll get something better.

Slept on a friggin plane
Guys it’s impossible for me to sleep on planes even with melatonin and Benadryl I’ll catch a redeye from Anchorage to Chicago and back about 3-5 times a year to visit family and whatever. I love flying but I’ve always been wiped out the day I land cause I couldn’t get any sleep. My cousin sent me an ad on Facebook with this device in it and obviously I had to try itAfter hitting buy now…. I felt defeated. The dates for my pillow to arrive were the day after I was to take off. So I messaged customer service and they were so helpful and responded super fast. Long story short my pillow arrived the morning before I left, I ripped it from its box on the way to the airport 🤣I’ve not used the straps yet. My favorite way to use this is with the tray table but I did use it quite a few times sitting up and never jerked awake from falling forward. I got some solid sleep on that flight and I’m so grateful to the brains that came up with this device. It’s worth every penny and I can’t wait to try out all the other options.

A happy stomach sleeper! Not perfect but really good, and I've tried them all...
I'm a regular international traveler and up until my most recent trip to Spain, I have been using the Skyrest inflatable travel pillow for years because neck pillows just don't do it for me. I am a stomach sleeper and I HAVE to be able to bend forward if I'm going to sleep on a plane. If you're shopping for travel pillows, chances are you've read that review. If not, go check it out to find out what I like and don't like about the skyrest. Let's just say for purposes of this review, I was looking for something better. And by better, I mean:- Actually soft and comfortable (NOT inflatable, or with that awful synthetic crushed velvet material)- Smaller, lighter, easier to use than skyrest- Versatile (can be used in more than just one way)This pillow seemed to offer all these things and more, so I bought it and gave it a try on said trip to Spain and I really liked it! It's far from perfect, but so far it's the best one I've found! Here's what I loved about it:- SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE!! This has the softness of a traditional neck pillow with the versatility I was looking for. The material used truly is fantastic!- Sure it looks like a toilet seat, but you can use this pillow in so many different ways to sleep. I used it in at least 4 different ways on one flight. Some are better than others, but I love having all the options!- The size really isn't bad as travel pillows go. I found it pretty convenient to travel with.- While it does take a little practice to get the hang of, it doesn't take a masters degree to figure out how to use it.- I get regular massages and love the 'face-in-hole" design of this pillow, especially because it enables me to keep my over ear noise cancelling headphones (Sennheiser PXC 550 is THE BEST) on while I sleep! WIN!The most important thing is I ACTUALLY SLEPT FOR HOURS with this pillow WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DRUGS and that's a big deal for me on a plane! Usually I just end up looking around and resenting the crap out of everyone else who is passed out and being grouchy for 10 hours. Here are a few things I don't like so much:- The hinges that you squeeze to adjust the angle of the pillow are not really easy to squeeze and it can be awkward making those adjustments. If you only have one hand free or happen to be missing fingers, heaven help you.- Once the angle is set, it isn't as rigid and firm as I hoped it would be. In fact, there is quite a bit of give to it if you lay your head on it. The hinge will compress significantly under the weight of your head/body. Additionally, the pillow gets squirrely with your weight on it and wobbles from side to side. It's hard to explain but you'll certainly find out what I mean if you try it. if you put your arms in between the pillow halves like the lady in the picture, it isn't a huge deal, but still, I was hoping for a little more stability and rigidity with the hinges.- The strap for connecting it to back of your seat would totally get in the way of the backrest screen for the person behind you on any newer planes. Fortunately I figured out a work around. Most modern planes have a bendable headrest that has wings you can position. I just looped the strap around the wings and was able to use it pretty much the same way. Still, I think the design needs to be updated since most planes these days incorporate back of seat screens and you'd have to be a total jerk to use this in the way it's intended.- Back to the strap, there is a little plastic buckle/locking mechanism for securing the strap once you get the length you want. It's flimsy and didn't work consistently for me. On the flight home I ended up having to tie a knot instead of using it because it kept coming undone and "dropping" me on my tray table haha.In short, there is a lot of room for improvement, but overall, this is a dang comfortable pillow and is my new go to for international travel. There is one actual (very unflattering) picture of me using it on the plane taken by a friend of mine. The rest are of my 6 year old trying it out. My favorite mode is face down on the tray table. I slept the longest this way. I hope this helps some other poor weary traveler out there! And yes, I paid full price for this!!

Perfection
Worth it‘s money. Super soft material and comfortable. Got it to travel 2 12 hour flights and use this when traveling by car as well. Perfect to comfortably nap. pretty sure my whole family is going to buy their own after testing them. when hooked in don‘t expect it to be mega robust, it‘s plastic so thats an unreasonable expectation. However the plastic holds you up perfectly well. If you spend your time sleeping on a plane leaning forward on the table holding your head up then this is for you. Also a great helper if you are in the middle seat with nowhere to lean on, just clasp it between your head and shoulder and you don’t need anything to lean on anymore!

This product is AWFUL
This is a horrible product. I travel a lot and Internationally as well and this not only did not work, it could not hold our weight (we are 155 and 185 so not big) and we found it to be very uncomfortable, cheap and even trying it while leaning back or sideways against your seat it did not work. Not only do I feel robbed of my money for this items and they should offer a satisfaction guarantee return. I did not realized it was NOT backed by Amazon or I would not have purchased it, so at least I would have had options to get a credit, etc. or something. Very disappointing.
