I loved everything about the book, including the Additional Resources and Inspirational Stories of Peers.My decision to buy this book came on the heels of reading The Mayo Clinic Diet, which is really not about dieting, but about making better choices about food, exercise, movement, social networks and community connections, etc.The two books go a long way in dispelling myths about aging while empowering Peers in their later years to experience positive life change by implementing the wisdom shared by the authors.Chapter 14, Improving Your Physical Health with Exercise includes illustrations and instructions for exercises you can do at home.
