Excellent product. No complaints. Economical

Good to find B vitamins reasonably-priced in a ziplock-type package. These medium, white, rounded capsules are easy to swallow and a bright white so when they get dropped and slide across my hardwood floors, I can see them. Other brown-colored supplements are impossible to see on a hardwood floor.The packaging isn't child-proof, so do consider that when purchasing if you have children around. Also, don't take this with any caffeine as that renders the B1 useless.

These supplements are big, but they aren’t hard to swallow. It’s hard to determine if they are working, but I do feel better. I will buy this brand again.

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

It seems to work better than capsule versions. I really appreciate the effectiveness of this more bioavailable form, and ordered an extra bag.

Needed supplement

The caps are so fat I can’t swallow them. Have to cut them open to get the b1 out. Love the fact they have no unwanted products in them.
