Delicious, and impossible to oversteep. You might see some particulate in the tea if it cools but I'm fairly certain it's just starch from the barley collecting a bit, there's no weird flavor or texture. I suggest doubling the number of tea bags for cold brew, the flavor is much milder when cold.

The taste is earthy, but I like it. I purchased maybe 3 boxes over the years. It is a little pricey but different.

Very nice barley flavor but I use 2 bags because I like a stronger barely taste. Each tea bag is individually wrapped which I like because I can easy bring the tea bags with me to work.
