Had a problem with the function system which was promptly corrected and rectified by Retekess the supplier very impressed with their customer service

We’ve had our system since July and for the most part it works ok. The range is nowhere near what it claims and 150m is about the best you can expect. Two of the receivers have stopped working.As mobile outdoor caterers customers tend to go a wandering while food is being prepared but we have found that even in close proximity if there are solid structure walls then they are temperamental at best. Pity as the idea is good.

Perfect, exactly what I need

I use for food truck and its seems to be quite good .

We liked the item initially but after only 8 months, six pagers aren’t working. The lad is becoming unresponsive and we have had no reply from customer service despite contacting them with details of the issue. Highly disappointed in both Retekess and Amazon.

Amazing product and good value for money. I have a mobile food truck and hand these out no problem. Made service so much easier and not difficult for staff to use.
