The rotating ball marker alone has saved me so much time in marking the golf balls. It is great to use with a sharpie and couple of things to note about it: 1. Use a fine marker with it as the markers supplied with the kit are too thick for the rotating ball marker. 2. You might need to clean it with a tissue after a half dozen or so ball marking as it can leave stains on the ball and your hands after the fact. Other than that, totally worth it!

This works great for a straight line, but the letters and stuff is hit and miss. I use the real Sharpie pens for best results, but this gets the job done.

It is a nice little golf gadget. Good for making straight lines. For alignment lines it works good. The kit is constructed well. I am not sure how durable it is going to be, but it will stay at the house and I will mark my balls before I leave for the course. And now the bad things. On certain kinds of balls, the ink from the markers bleeds. The letters are not the same size. Meaning that some are bigger than others. On day glo balls it will only show one color and that is black. I would have given this a 3.5 star, but there is no 3.5, so I rounded up to a four.

Great gift idea for any golfer, mark your golf balls so you don't lose the or confuse them with another layers, but also as a learning aide. Mark the ball for alignment and direction to pin, to help lining up a putt or a drive, great tool to have in the bag either way. Great value too.

It works, but the markers don’t fit in very easily. The green plastic thing works better than the black thing. The black thing doesn’t rotate as easily, and binds up pretty easily. But it does what it needs to so, 3 stars
