Been purchasing this brand for years and still very happy. Flavor is great NO aftertaste, great quality. Yes sometimes the grain size varies but that does not bother me at all. Just give it a couple extra stirs, no problem. Have baked with it with no issues, can't tell real sugar was not used. Price has sadly gone up a bit and quantity in package down from 5 lbs to 4.75lbs so I have to watch for sales. But still better price/qty and quality than most. Has been incredibly helpful keeping my blood sugar in check. I have tried others but for Real Birch Xylitol this is the only brand I purchase.

I got these to make little candies for teeth care. It was relatively easy to melt them and pour into molds. And they taste nice. This was a good value. I'll try to come back and share if they helped with my teeth.

We love birch sugar. It is vey similar to sugar, with no major difference in taste or texture. It is much healthier for your teeth and for your body. We use it in cold & hot beverages with not weird aftertaste that sometimes happens with Stevia. This product is made of birch Some xylitols are made of corn and they spike glucose levels. This product does not spike my glucose levels.
