My son loves picking at things. Sometimes it gets him into trouble. He started taking off the rubber siding of my Elite 2 controller and I was sick to my stomach. This product includes the front and back outer shells and all the tools you need. Done in 10 minutes. See pic for first picture and the finished product.Important - Some people posted pictures WITHOUT taking the stick guards off the original controller. Leads to a bad look. The originals simply snap in and out of place. Looks great. No one would notice it is a change up. Great quality and would absolutely buy again.

I only needed the front part of the kit, but I am glad I bought the complete set. The tools that it comes with worked great for the task. I liked the metal pry tool the most as it is thin enough to get in to the controller and strong enough not to bend out of the way like some of the plastic types do. Did not have a problem with anything scratching the controller as I was taking it apart. It looks just like I just bought my controller, and does not interfere with any of the controls or buttons. The grip is just like new now and the color is the same as my original.Even though I did not use the back side I think it was worth the price. It looks great and I am very happy with my choice to get this one.

If your OG skeleton of the elite controller 2 pads start to break apart from the case like mine did, this is a great replacement for it. Plug n play. Simply watched a YouTube of how to take the old one apart and put it back together again. They give you all the tools you will need to do this job. Took me about 15 min. The only thing I would tell you to beware of is when you are putting the inners into the new frame, be gentle. It is a tight fit and you can potentially break some of the plastic.

Fits perfect, watches a YouTube video and was able to complete it in about half an hour. Doesn't come with any new magnets though so you will have to reuse old one, would recommend buying some adhesive taps, but other than that a great kit. looks and feels like the original.

If this isnt OEM, I would be very surprised. My skin had come off my original controller. The look and grip texture feels 100% authentic. It fit perfectly The color match is spot on. It wasnt hard to install after I found a video on how to take it apart. I only hard one problem with the tools included. None of the included bit drivers fit the 2 smallest screw size. Fortunately I already had a tool set. You will also want to have something sticky handy. The magnets kept flipping out of place.. I was able to scrape enough of the original glue to hold it long enough to put back together. This is the first time I made a swap like this and it still only took me an hour. That was mostly because of the magnets flipping. Turned out great and saved me a lot of money making my controller like new.

Pictures show old parts to new. Product is brand new and unused. The screw holes even seemed brand new. It was a pretty easy replacement, just follow a youtube tutorial. It also came with all necessary tools to get the job done. Tools are cheap quality though and do strip easy.

This product does not come with new magnets for the remote. I had to remove the magnets off of my old elite (which are not ment to be removed). The tools strip easily which lead to stripping screws and breaking my elite controller. Do not buy.

This is a great kit. It has all you need to complete the swap. And my controller now looks and feels brand new. It’s definitely better than the peeling grips I had prior. I wish I would’ve bought this months ago.
