I designed and made the gold flower pendant, and then I hand-set the sapphire in the gold bezel.The Sapphire Necklace is a lovely piece of jewelry that makes a wonderful gift for oneself or a loved one. Sapphire is also the birthstone for September.The 14K solid gold flower pendant measures approx. 22mm high including the bail, by 15mm wide. The sapphire is 3.3mm round. From the right side of the listing, under "Select Options," you can choose to purchase the pendant by itself, or on an 18" Gold Filled Chain, or on an 18" 14K Solid Gold Chain. (A gold filled chain has a much thicker amount of gold than a gold plated chain.
