This only slides in using the "bottom" foot and not the side foot. The side foot simply won't go in. The bottom foot slides in very easily but that's the problem; it's way too loose and if you move the tripod/head to any noticeable angle the shoe just slides out and onto the ground. Simply a waste of money.

This product arrived as promised in a well padded jiffy bag and individually wrapped in clear plastic. I ordered two items one for my Nikon DSLR and the other for a Mamiya 645E Medium format film camera, both camera's have the hot-shoe socket.Both of the spirit levels were tight but one was particularly tight in my Nikon DSLR. To be fair the Nikon is only two months old so it may be that it hasn't been worn in yet but I had to sand down the edges of the spirit level where they fit into the hot-shoe by a very small amount. No doubt this over snug fit would have got easier in time but I was concerned about pulling them out too firmly damaging the camera. It was no big deal, a little piece of wet and dry sand paper along the edge where the spirit level sits into the camera hot-shoe and all was perfect.Asides this minor point the spirit level is very easy to see, in a bright yellow coloured housing and works accurately in both directions.For the cost of these you can't go wrong and i will be ordering another soon for my Nikon F5.

This little jewel does exactly as it's not supposed to. Now, let me explain. I'm a keen DIY person and I'm just so surprised that I haven't heard or seen of anyone doing this. I am terrible when it comes to boring holes straight. The absolute truth is that I absolutely cannot bore a hole vertically in a piece of wood. it's almost always at an angle. So, I bought this and glued it securely on the top of the drill and, hey presto, I now can drill straight holes in the vertical and horizontal plane. You cant imagine what this means now that I can effortlessly drill straight holes. It's a miracle !

I would recommend this product, it does what it says and makes a nice extra for a birthday or stocking filler :) The only negative is that it doesn't look that great on my nikon and having it on the horseshoe means I can't put my flash on... however it does the job so I can't really fault it :)

Fits the hot shoe well but it does obstruct the built in flash when in situ, so you will need to remove before taking pis with built in flash (Nikon D5500)

Cheap and promptly delivered this is a very useful little device to have in your camera bag. When on location and using a tripod it fits conveniently in the camera's hot shoe allowing one to 'square up' the shot.

Cannot fault this little gadget arrived as stated and very well packaged. Fits onto flash hot shoe nicely, and will save me pressing buttons on my D7200. I ordered this after seeing a couple of YouTube vloggers using something similar.

After seeing one looking exactly the same as this but for £10 more I thought I'd give this one a shot! It's solid, well made and fits my Canon 600d's hotshoe perfectly. And better still I wont be to upset if It breaks or I lose it, I'll just buy another one! cheap as chips, if not cheaper!Excellent product, highly recommended.
