Reality Check: Making the Best of the Situation - How I Overcame Addiction, Loss, and Prison

I wouldn’t give this a five star read only because I felt like the beginning took forever and the ending was rushed. It was nice to see his full point of view though!

Pretty good book, just wish it was packaged better, came damaged and dung up.

I have long been a fan of Jersey Shore because it was on tv when I was in college. I knew Mike had struggled with addiction and had been sober for some time. It was really good to read. Mike does approach this with humor but also a lot of honesty. I have close people to me who are recently sober and I thought it was really insightful to get into Mike’s head and have him explain his thinking. I would recommend this book to anyone who knows who The Situation is.
