I got my headphones in yesterday and they do not work. My gaming platform recognizes it, but when it's plugged in, the sound is still coming from the TV. I tried using them on my cell phone, and still they don't work. They light up, but that's it. Maybe I just got that one bad pair from the manufacturer?So today I just got my replacement set. They work great, mic works great. Only complaint would be the USB be cable to light the LEDs is maybe 6-9" away from the headset Jack, so it's not like you can light up your headphones and play at the same time unless you have an extension. And I'm using these on a PS4.

The the microphone is only adjustable up and down you cannot move it nearer to your mouth and because there is no foam over the mouth piece it picks up all of the sound in the room. There is a white or light grey cloth over the ear and under the headband area that gets dirty really easily and shows it. It is not that easy to clean I have tried various wipes and they help some but they still look gross. The headphones do not cancel out the noise in the room well for two reasons 1 you can hear even though you have them on and then the mic picks everything up so you hear it in the speaker as well as a bit of an echo. Also they are quite wide and don't hold on to your head well. *EDIT I will add that this company was great I would recommend working with them. They shipped quickly and everything went smoothly. When they read my poor review they reached out to see how they could make it better. I told them and want to tell you that I only give these a poor review because it was bad design and I don't want someone to purchase them that won't like them. Some people won't have a problem with the things that bothered me and others would. I like knowing why people actually like and dislike a product and have no time for the "It was great" reviews. So I recommend the seller but not the product.

Product appears to be well constructed. Very lightweight and very comfortable over large heads and ears. Tested sound only, which was acceptable for gaming in this price range. Did not test the microphone. The mike however is permanently attached, and appears to be well built to withstand heavy use. Headset has one dedicated wire for direct plug straight to the sound port on PC, or a dual splitter cable if both mike and sound are to be used at the same time. USB connector powers the LEDs on the exterior of the headset, and is a nice touch for impressionable, young gamers wanting the added bling. Overall recommend for the build quality and nice, balanced features in this price range.

Okay sound cancellation isn’t the best I can still hear my friends talking to me in my room.Sound tho is not that bad I can hear things pretty good my friends say it sounds better then theirs they have (40$ headsets)I would keep looking for a better headset this one has problems when I mute my mic it will flicker like my mic is on but it’s off! But no one can still hear me when it’s muted but that’s a annoying and irritating.And sometimes the sound hacks up and people can’t hear me and I can’t hear the sound in the headphones.But I contacted the seller and told them this they sent me a new pair and so far the new pair work fine better then the last ones so farBut these still flicker with the mic thing. And another thing the usb and plug for the controller jack! It’s really short! But the cord for it is super long! I don’t get that so be close to that console if you want to talk to people, i hope in the future it gets better.If anything changes I’ll update this! 😊But the design is pretty! That’s why got them mostly. Over all it’s a 4.5 out of 10

I bought this headset for console gaming. The main reason I purchased the BG000 over its competition is because of the fiber weave of the ear pieces. I've owned a lot of high end headsets over the past two decades where after a while, your own ear sweat makes the faux leather or vinyl pieces of the ear sets start to fall apart. The only real downfall this headset has over its competitors is that the mic is too close to the ear pieces. The mic is very sensitive and due to the proximity and material the ear pieces are made of, the mic will echo what is coming through your headset. You may get a few complaints about echo in multiplayer. You will have to turn down your headset volume and your mic sensitivity to make the mic work as intended, which is not at its full capability.

This headset feels pretty durable in the hands. It looks cool (lights up when plugged in via USB). The sound is good, clear audio.The mic broke after a couple months for no apparent reason. My son only uses them to play Fortnite and he is extremely careful with them.Emailed the seller, and they sent out a new pair - honoring their 6m warranty - with no issues (came in a day or two).Great customer service.Do expect them to break again, yes - but I realize this is a budget headset.

The long cord is good so you can move around. The mic is good, the sound quality is ok for the low price. The ear covers hurt after a long time. The lights work great but you have to USA a usb slot for them.

I bought this headset to use with my PS4. They match the description perfect as far as style and color, but they are not very loud. Even with the volume all the way up, I could barely hear what was going on. So I thought maybe it was the settings on my PS4, so I plugged them in to my XBOX One controller and same thing. I could barely hear the music, much less anybody walking around in the game and they don't cancel out any kind of noise. My Turtle Beach headset sounds much better. I could still hear what was going on in the next room.
