I bought these thinking they may help with anti-aging and menopause symptoms. They taste really nasty even though they are in a capsule, so it's difficult to take them just with water. You also need to take 6 capsules a day, and I did this for a couple months straight, so I won't be buying them again.

Of course with any supplement it's hard to tell what they're doing since it takes a long time and consistency to see any- but I do feel that this has benefited me and will be buying a second bottle soon. You do have to take a lot (6) each day, but I do feel a boost of energy. Just to note: this is NOT actual HGH, it's the aminos that are pre-cursors to your body producing HGH which never hurts.

I have been taking for a month. Maybe I'm to old, but Jr. isn't perky and muscles are not poppin'I work out 5 times a week. I'm not overweight, or too out of shape. 41,40,41. But I expected from the marketing to see some improvement by know.2 month update. disappointed. I am pretty focused on my health, and this just didn't do anything. photo is still respective, the wood is still soft and the weight is where it is under my regular routine.
