I baked a cake for my daughter's 30th birthday. She showed me a design with fresh fruit and edible flowers. This is my take on it. The flowers were absolutely stunning. They weren't pliable, which wasn't a concern. If you tried to bend them, they did break, so you need to treat them carefully. She said they tasted good. There were about 30 flowers in the box ranging in different colors. I loved them and so did my daughter.
