So I have hair that dries very easily. I need moisture in order to manage my tight curly hair, and it needs to be something I am not allergic to. I swore of Amazon subscriptions years ago, but this drew me back in. It's just easy to apply and work with. Doesn't smell, doesn't cause a reaction with my scalp and overall just a product that works for me.I can't use several KeraCare products, can use the blue ones, none of the Mizani or most the Carol's Daughter stuff. Just several products cause a reaction that leaves me feeling itchy and miserable. If you had reactions to those products, it might be worth your time to try this one because so did I and here I am still using the Refresh product.

Nice hair product, not sure about daily use though. I mainly use this to put on my scalp and hair after washing and do a hot oil treatment with it, but the first time I did this, I think I went a little overboard with it because even an hour later my scalp was still kind of 'burning'... It's just the tea tree oil in it is pretty intense. So now I'm pretty careful with putting it on my scalp. But even a little causes that tea tree freshness burn feeling. It does feel nice though, in moderation, and it smells good. I like the packaging too. Just I wouldn't be too liberal with it at once. I try to only use it on my hair, and not on my scalp.Edit: I don't really feel the 'freshness burn' feeling, if I use it on my scalp, days later after washing. It seems like that happens mainly if I use it on my scalp, same day right after washing.

I was wearing braids for over a year on and off and this entire line of products was always my “go to.” Its moisturizing and that cool vibrant feeling it gives your scalp is indescribable... I have low porosity hair so wearing braids for extended periods wasn’t doing anything for growth or moisture. But this was the ONLY product to grow my hair and moisturize its I love this product, and loved it even more when I found out it was formulated by a black doctor. This is exactly why we need more products F U B U (for us by us)! I will continue to support the entire line of products by this brand and wish them nothing but the best on their future endeavors. Ladies, gentlemen it’s worth a try! Can’t beat the price.

I’m trying to transition to sulfate free hair products to bring out my naturally, curly hair. I was also having a lot of scalp sensitivity. I purchased the whole Girl+Hair line and will most likely not ever turn back! I am a Caucasian blond and my young daughter is too. Not only is my scalp sensitivity gone, not better - gone, but my hair feels healthier and is no longer breaking. I am amazed at how clean my hair and scalp get and how little product I need! The conditioner is a leave in and it is so light and doesn’t weigh my curls down! And as a bonus, my scalp has a lovely sensation after washing. Highly recommend!
