I think the full spectrum is a very good product I have other brands of this as well. However I like this the best.

Week 1 of using it was ok. Then in Week 2 and 3, I started feeling weighed down. Didn’t realize there was gelatin in it that makes me very bloated. I wanted to like this product but I can’t.
