Completely worth the money, My cats are obsessed with the quality and freshness of the water. They’re very picky and so far no issues. It was very easy to use and I’ve had this for several months now and I’ve had zero problems with the pump.I’m in love with how easy it is to keep clean. I used to have a plastic one and it would get the gross film on it that just kept coming back. This one I could put on the top shelf of the dishwasher every month and with the once a week cleaning, it keeps it amazingly well, and I don’t feel guilty at all Holds a great amount of water and totally worth the money

I got this to replace a plastic water fountain and have found that this has great durability and seems better for my cat’s health. The one downside is that the calcifications of the water can be hard to clean - but everything else is easy and my cat absolutely loves this fountain. She won’t drink from anything else! This is functional and holds a lots of water. I love that it’s covered so less debris gets in the bottom of the fountain.

Could not get unit to pump water. After fooling with it for a few hours, found a plastic part in the bottom of the box. This part was not shown anywhere in the instructions. I think it was installed when shipped, but fell off in transit. Once it was put in place, everything worked very well.

I love this fountain but my cat couldn’t be any more freaked out by it! We’ve had it for over a week and he refuses to even go near it. Maybe it’s the metal? We’ve had a plastic Drinkwell fountain for years that he loved but I was over the pump going out at least twice a year. This is very nice and quiet. I’m really hoping he’ll get used to it!

This fountain is adorable and so fun. My cat isn't loving it much yet, but hopefully he'll warm up to it. Assembly was very easy and worth the price for the quality. The height of the fountain is about the same as his bowls so it works well! Water runs out smoothly, too.
