Very Sturdy
Used these as aisle runners at my friend's wedding. Cricuted vinyl verbiage on them which stuck really well, looked great. They held up nicely, were firm but not too heavy. Overall, really nice.

Cut vs engraving
Easy cutting, engraving was a little challenge and needed tweaking

Lots of cleanup work required
I got these to run through my CNC, for making signs and game pieces.Generally the plywood cuts smoothly and cleanly. It's sturdy and a good carving medium. The plastic coating is reasonably robust, and can withstand a good deal of ding-and-dent.However, after milling them, the plastic coating requires a _lot_ of cleanup. I expected some tear-out from the cutting, but it was a bit ridiculous. I ended up using a craft knife and going back over every single cut line. Going quickly, this produced a decent enough result that the sign is legible. If you want nicely detailed lines, you'd need to spend a lot more time on it.I was using up-cut bits for this project, so—again—I'm not terribly surprised by this result. I plan to try another one with down-cut and straight-cut bits, to see how much difference there is, but that'll require either finding some smaller bits, or planning some projects that'll use my larger down- and straight-cut bits.

Looks Good, Laser cuts can be troublesome
This is a good looking walnut plywood with a thickness of just shy of 3 mm (1/8"). The 12"x12" is actually 300mm x 300 mm. The entire package contained sheets that were flat. The first piece I cut with my 5w diode laser cut beautifully (4 passes, 360mm/m, 100%) The second piece, not so much. Whatever material is in the substrate my laser would not penetrate. On the same sheet I did get several pieces that were cleanly cut, but over half of the sheet was scrapped (on a 4 hour burn). I suspect I will have better luck with the remaining sheets and that the second piece was an anomaly.Edit 12/4/23: 2 more sheets became a total waste (not to mention the time it takes for the burn). The core material pops, sending pieces of material all over the work piece. Fine details get blown out or burned out, even after reducing the power and increasing the number of passes. In some areas, the laser will not penetrate the substrate. I was set to order more, but just removed from my cart.
