For the art along omg. The artwork in this book is stunning! Very intriguing and a conversation starter. The information is not as detailed as you might hope, and further research into any topic contained in here would be required for expertise in a subject, but in terms of general instructions and general information about pretty much everything, you've got it in here.

AMAZING BOOK! The art work on each page is beautiful. So much information about just about everything. Bought it for my sons 50th birthday and he can't put it down. He just bought one for a gift for his coworkers family. Definitely worth every penny.

This is beautiful packaging and wonderful illustrations. I'm so thrilled I bought and can't wait to buy the collection. And the cover isn't just sleek or matte. It's like a rough velvet with its of wonder dust to add to the illusion of wonder.

so far I'm loving this book but sometime I feel like they could do better at explaining. Sometimes they are to verbal and I need some images to guide me like there is a part were they talk about useful plants and in the background of the page there are plants but they don't mention which one is which. aside from that the art style is amazing the topics are interesting the way is written is interesting. The prize is justified for the size and the information if you are someone interested in the topic and how stuff can be made out of scratch. If this docent interest you buy the digital version because is a lot of money.

It's a good book. It's very impressive to look at. I'm glad that they kept the adult material separate from the main book and yet included it.
