I do not recommend this stencil!! The whole purpose of using a stencil is to make your project easier or go quicker, at least for me. I expected to lay these out on my board and start painting. Luckily I measured beforehand because the measurements are all off and the lines don’t even match up with each other on all of them in the same pack so when you lay them out the way they should be, some edges hang over more than others. You really have to take good measurements and tape them down where you need them. I would’ve sent them back but didn’t have time d/t craft fair coming up so I just cut them up and used them the best I could.

Unfortunately for me I lined up the Stencil with the edge of the wood expecting the that ruler marks would have all been cut equal distance from the edge of the page. It wasn't until after I began painting that I realized that they were zig-zaging up the wood. Had I noticed sooner could/would have made the adjustment. The quality of the stencil from a material standpoint appears to be fine, but the lack of consistency has cost me a number of days: sanding, re-staining and re-painting.

The “inches” lines are not the same distance from the edge and the tops/bottoms or the stencils are not square. Takes LOTS of time to line them up each time you want to use them.

The stencil is of good quality and we have already used it several times. I recommend it.A little tip to avoid smudging and dripping would be to use a stencil brush or foam applicator and acrylic paint instead of a water based paint.

They are like normal templates I get from joann or hobby lobby, but the page with the #2 is crooked which isn't helpful.

This worked great just wish I could find one with a sticky/ tacky back. So the paint wouldn’t run under it.
