East to fit but no instructions might put some people off
These shower door hanger/rollers actually fitted, much to my surprise. As others have commented they're a little flimsy and not the strong construction of my originals but where these differ perhaps is the all important inner body is made from Nylon which shouldn't attract limescale like my original metal body ones did. It was the limescale which damaged my previous ones and prevented the push button quick release mechanism from working not to mention it also caused the wheels to seize. I don't anticipate the same issue happening with these however it remains to be seen if the metal wheel assembly goes rusty. I am hoping it's made from stainless steel but only time will tell. In an effort to prevent that from happening I've painted on some Hammerite Waxoyl to the metal parts and I would recommend others do the same.OK, so as there are no instructions supplied so I've written my own which might assist some of you.1. Remove chrome facia covers from each bracket - do this by holding the bracket in an upright position and then sliding them upwards in a vertical direction away from the wheel. Care should be taken when doing this as the facia plates are made from plastic and can easily be damaged.2. Unscrew the centre retaining screw and separate both halves of each bracket3. BOTTOM BRACKET FITTING: To fit the bottom brackets, slide the wheel into the shower tray runner as per your original arrangement and then locate the centre plastic lug through the hole in your sliding door. Pressing the spring loaded button on top of the hinge/roller might assist with this. Next whilst holding the bracket, replace the other half ensuring both pieces mate together correctly before securing with the supplied screw.4. Replace chrome facia covers by carefully sliding them back on.5. Replace all bottom roller/brackets following the same method as above.6. TOP BRACKET FITTING: For the top brackets - once again remove all chrome facia plates by carefully sliding them vertically away from the main body of the roller/brackets.7. Follow the same procedure as above to fit the top brackets but pay close attention to the adjusting screw at the bottom of each bracket. These are used to raise and lower the shower door on it's runners. Adjust these screws just enough to enable you to fit all four brackets before finally tightening them enough to take out any slack in the doors and to level the tops of each door with one another.8. Finally replace all chrome facia covers by sliding them back on.Some people may find it easier to lift the entire door off the runners before changing each hinge/roller however if you are careful this is not normally necessary. You can always put a block of wood under the door at the bottom whilst changing the top hinges. I found this easier in my situation.

Great Value, Fingers Crossed For Durability
As mentioned in another review, I originally meant to just replace a broken roller but on inspection of the original parts, everything had corroded and got stuck so it was time to replace the lot. Others have mentioned the lack of instructions and one reviewer has kindly added advice that I found useful. I'll add a couple of points to what was said.I'd not changed these fittings before so wasn't expecting to find different sets for top and bottom. The reason for this is that the bottom set has a spring mechanism that enables the rollers to be popped out to remove the door in its entirety. (my original set had actually seized up)Unlike with the top set, there's no need to remove the outer plastic cover in order to get the spring mechanism to move. The top set has to have both covers removed. This is to expose the adjustment screw on the underside of the out face that you use to raise the top assembly high enough to make sure that the bottom roller is in the channel and doesn't pop out when opening the door.I fitted these without actually taking off the door but a professional would probably take the doors off.A couple of comments about quality etc. I thought I'd ordered 23mm rollers but these are 25mm. As it turned out this made no difference at all. The inner parts are nylon so they won't corrode. The screw holding the assembly in place looks a bit on the small side to me but having said that it has clamped on tightly. The cover isn't chrome, it too is plastic and as you have to slightly lever out one of the top covers, you need to take care. I thought this was a cheapo feature but no. Looking at the originals, they are exactly the same.I originally went to a plumber's merchants but they didn't stock the parts and the prices on a site they use for these were ridiculous compared to these. You could by 6 sets of these for one of the others I saw.If you get a problem with a roller (like I had) you can't replace the wheel on these, it isn't screwed in.

Great product, well made and sturdy.
Not installed these before, so it was trial and error. But with a beer in hand and a screwdriver, the end result was great. Strong enough to support the heavy doors and with fine adjustment I felt like a bathroom fitter by the end.Make sure you buy silicone lubricant, it’s not includedBut can be bought in most DIY stores

Make sure your measurements are accurate
Easy to install but the problem was with the bottom set of adjustable rollers. They fit so close to the end of the door that even fully adjusted would not grip the rail. I bought a second set and used the top rollers on the bottom. That worked perfectly. That meant paying double but at least I knew it would work. Don't understand the design of the bottom rollers.
