I just received this house dress today, so no info yet on washing and durability. I am very happy with this lovely lavender house dress it appears well made, with button closure and a generous fit. The fabric is soft. Have been shopping forhousedressesformanyyears and this is one of the nicest I’ve found in years. I know im going to wear it a lot.

Easy to wear home wear. Looks smart when greeting guests but comfortable. Material is a bit disappointing as it’s not very cool for very hot climates.

Beautiful item. But the wrong size was delivered. Instead of 2x like the other one I ordered on the same receipt. I got a medium. The package was torn open.

Updated Review:I found that this house dress is a lot larger than the other 7 I had previously purchased. It also seems to be made of a different material. This one just literally hangs on me. I don't know if it is just the last two that I purchased, but I have since purchased another one that is exactly like the first few that I purchased. Maybe they tried a different material, but don't buy Purple Daisy. It is terrible.I love these House Dresses and I think I have one in every color. They fit perfectly and slide over my head so I don't have to button and unbotton them. They cover well enough that I can run outside and visit with my neighbors without feeling uncomfortable, and - well when that unexpected guest comes over and I have one of these on, I don't feel a bit bad. The designs are pretty, and it is like wearing a every day house dress. Don't be afraid to buy one. They are awesome.

It is breezy & lightweight. It is thin, so colorful underwear can be partly seen. It keeps me cool in the hot, humid, sunny summer days. Seersucker is the best for Spring, Summer and early Fall. Washes & dries great without any shrinkage, color changes or wrinkles. I love the versatility & feeling against my skin, but I use fabric softner & dryer sheets. I wear it in & outdoors around my home. The great roominess and comfortability as well. Good value.
