Ok, so I've had this case about a year now. It's been phenomenal. I honestly can't say enough good things about it.I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S9+ tablet because I couldn't tolerate using the company iPad to do my job. Our IT department locked us out of any customization options, and the stupid apps we're required to use wouldn't even auto update, so i took matters into my own hands and got myself a nice device. I really needed a good case with a hand strap so that I could just do my job.This case didn't disappoint at all! I work in a car dealership, so equipment is subjected to wet, cold, drops, disgusting fluid drips, and pretty much abuse.Nearly a year later, my tablet is in pristine condition. This case has taken many drops and impacts and wear and tear, and it's still in good shape. I've used it for photos, videos, general computing, and much more. I am very pleased that it keeps my pen safe under the cover. I won't lose the pen when I'm running around in the shop.The built in stand is perfect for propping up the tablet while I write emails and even when I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse attached. I thought that I would never use the shoulder strap, but I ended up taking my tablet to a trade show and using the case with the shoulder strap to carry the tablet around while I took notes, photos, and videos.The only minor negative would be built in screen cover. I did use the screen cover for a couple of months, but it was easily scratched and didn't clean very well. Fortunately, this tablet case works very well with every glass screen protector that I've purchased.I'm actually about to buy another case because after a year in a very difficult and dirty environment, it's finally showing some wear and tear. The tablet itself is still pristine.If this case can survive oil, grease, dirty, drops, transmission fluid dripping, and constant use, it gets my vote!*Update 2/28/25: this case is just beginning to show wear. I have dropped it, stuck it in my knapsack every day, and put it through every test of wear and tear. I took my tablet apart to clean, and I think that this case has honestly saved a very expensive machine from certain death. Tablets that work in car dealerships and get dragged around everywhere don't usually last long.If it wasn't for this case, my poor overworked tablet would have been destroyed. I've dropped it, spilled on it, bumped it, and done all sorts of other things that would normally kill a tablet, and this case has protected my tablet from everything.As I took it apart to clean tonight, I did notice that the rubber was stretching and no longer snapped back into place tightly. The velcro hand strap is not working as well as I'd like, but I'm not surprised after a very hard year of constant use and abuse. Honestly, the hand strap is the most important part of this case for me. My tablet is strapped to my hand for probably 6 hours a day.I'm going to order 2 more of these cases, mostly because the tablet is going to outlive the case if I keep using it like this.

I gave it five stars for great value, even though there are minor issues, both related to the thickness of the case. The hole for the power button - that button is also the fingerprint scanner on this tablet. The button is hard to get a good print on it to unlock things. I have small hands, so using a pinky finger has been acceptable. The USB port is also awkward to seat for the same reason. Not so much a charging cable, but I use a wireless keyboard. Getting the dongle plugged in there takes a little effort, but is doable. First world problems, really. The case itself is well constructed and protects the tablet well. I am an auto tech and use this in the shop daily, often under the hood right where i'm working. No regrets on this purchase!
