I love this thing! It's simple and easy to use and does make a difference. It may not work for everyone but it does for me. This is actually a second order so I can do both feet at the same time. The instructions that come with it indicate the possibility of feet itching after use, which can happen with any massager of this type because of the way it stimulates your feet. My suggestion is to wear socks while using this item. It may help some but the itching doesn't last long for me nor is it a problem. This is a simple process you can do while watching TV or talking on the phone. I would really like if this vendor would make one of these simply to put behind your neck while you sleep. I've been using this as a simple neck support also because the size works for me. Wrapping it in a small towel helps if it's too hard but sometimes I just use it as it. The little bumps feel good even if I'm not getting an actual neck massage. Something actually designed for this would be great. For feet it's perfect though from my experience and I'm quite happy with both that I ordered.

I do love this thing for the most part and use it nearly daily after my 12-16 hour shifts. I do wish the little bumps were a bit bigger as they don't do much for me to really dig in and massage my foot. However it does still feel good, it is firm but not so much so that it hurts (like the wooden ones can at times). I prefer to use it while standing for extra leverage and I can hear my feet popping as I work out the tension from running around on them all day, it's instant pain relief.I saw another reviewer on here mention using the sides of the roller to massage their feet because they also didn't get much from the little bumps and I started doing the same, thank you for the idea random reviewer!It's super easy to use, easy to roll away under my end table when I'm not using it, and roll it back out after my shift. I seriously think about this thing when I'm driving home after work, I would definitely buy it again!

For a nurse with sore feet and arch problems this was perfect. I could comfortably walk with stronger arches and some people complain their nubs are sharp, this is very professional and soft not sharp, see picture. I can roll sides of foot, ball, Achilles and stretch toes while I watch TV that’s why I bought two, see price bargain for two. With the weight of these they stay in place and don’t shoot off with toe manipulation. They are washable accordingly to directions. Professional seller and true to photos. No problems, very happy I found these after much searching thanks seller.

This was ok I guess. I do better with the round spiked ball. The spikes/points aren’t high enough in my opinion. It is made of good quality, but the purple ball is better. It doesn’t function well when you turn your foot slightly you have to adjust the roll direction so it’s cumbersome.

Great product and feels great on my feet. Im getting some knots out of my feet, didnt even know I had notes on my feet. I agree with the product information on the cleaning. This picks up particles very easily. But cleans off easily with soap and water. I havent used it barefoot, I use it with a sock on and still feels good. Would recommend
