DaySpring - Because Jesus - Perpetual Calendar (70940) Blue 5.5" X 5.25" X 1.25"

My niece was turning 12 and I noticed on her Tik-Tok, she noted she's a Jesus lover. In all her 12 years, when I would babysit and tuck her in, along with church, we would talk about Him, but not A LOT. So naturally, this made me happy. Now, as a Christian woman who always loved Jesus but didn't TRULY know many Bible quotes until her early 20s, I saw this calendar and was instantly like, YES!This is a little calendar where you flip it and it has a Bible verse on each page for each day. I thought it'd be perfect for her to keep at her desk and read through if she's ever having a tough day, or to just grow up knowing some Bible verses.I just think it's the perfect touch to a gift without being "too much," as children and teens need to slowly find the true way themselves, with subtle help from loved ones along the way... (again, I'm the aunt not the mom)!I definitely want one for my desk now though, too :)

Best part of this calendar is you can use it over and over because it doesn't have the days of the week so whatever day "Feb 14" falls on, you don't have to necessarily replace the calendar because it only shows the date not the day of the week... There was some humor in a few of the pages and while it's only February I have thoroughly enjoyed this calendar so far and it full of encouragement and God's love and Grace!!!

Love this!!! I have the book and was going to buy another as a gift, but when I saw this I had to get it....x2 (a gift to myself +1) The book is an awesome coffee table book and what I liked to give to friends, but now I can read it daily. This will be my new “go to” gift, inspiring and fun to read.

Super cute calendar

As you see in the photos, pages with verses were nice. Other times there were statements that are better suited for, like, a 12-year old or so. I'm a grandpa. This is not set to any certain year, so you can use it year after year, or your kids or grandkids can.

I have the "Because Jesus" book and have given them to friends so of course I had to have this calendar! I love it! Love having a verse every day and the funny sayings are perfect. You won't regret having this as a part of your day!!

I set this calendar up on my kids' homework table. They often get bored during work time and this gives them something positive to refocus on. Some pages are scriptures, others are sayings. I do wish they used a more kid-friendly version of scripture, though. Overall, I like it.
